Production (Learn Strategy)
When we talk about Lean Strategy, we mean the practical approach we take to designing and presenting every NITEKO solution to our customers.
Each luminaire is assembled by hand by a single operator who is familiar with its components and takes responsibility for them: this is the highest standard of quality control we can guarantee. Meticulous attention to every detail, which ensures that our solutions are high-performing and tailored to every requirement.
We work with public authorities, designers, distributors, installers, ESCOs and multi-utility companies who understand that the cost of a product is not measured at the time of purchase, but over time: a product that lasts, does not deteriorate and guarantees consistent performance over the years has a real value that goes far beyond its list price.

Production layout
NITEKO has implemented island workstations with a dedicated, rotating stock replenishment system that ensures:
- A continuous and smooth workflow
- Minimised waiting times for the supply of small parts
- Efficient support for operators thanks to visual and interactive systems (industrial traffic light systems and dedicated tablets for each individual workstation)
- Space optimisation
- Ergonomics
Warehouse layout
NITEKO has also designed its warehouse to ensure that the entire production process is streamlined and efficient; indeed, it guarantees:
- Minimisation of the ‘milk run’, i.e. the route taken to restock materials
- Minimisation of stock levels
- Optimisation of goods loading and unloading
- Minimisation of transport and unnecessary movements by operators
